Our internal laboratory, with an investment of 1.5 million US dollars, is authorized cooperative partner of TÜV SÜD, which has complete washing and drying equipments for both home and industrial washing and advanced devices for Xenotest, flame retardancy, pilling resistance, abrasion resistance, snagging resistance, DATACOLOR, UPF, PH value, formaldehyde content, burst strength, tensile force, air permeability, moisture permeability, etc.

Knitting & Weaving Machines

With 102 sets of machines including single face machines, can weave all kinds of knitted fabric with daily capacity 100,000 meters.

Dyeing House

Our dyeing house can dye polyester, cotton, modacrylic, wool, nylon and other material, and the daily output is 100,000 meters.

All the dyeing vats are German FONG'S with complete and diverse capacity including 1000kgs, 500kgs, 250kgs, 60kgs, 20kgs and 6kgs that is especially for making meter samples, which makes delivery time of mass production accurate and new development efficient.
